It is this combination of strategic business expertise, operational experience and technological knowledge of cutting-edge innovations that makes us unique. Each member of HPC project has between 15 and 30 years of expertise in his respective domain.

HPC project is also engaged into strategic and operational partnerships to reinforce its intervention.

Pierre Fiorini, PhD, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Pierre Fiorini, graduate of X-Armement, ENS, Ph.D. in Computer Science. Pierre is a specialist of technological and economic watch, and of R&D financing in the areas of production and distribution of broadcast and multimedia content, as well as consumer electronics and telecommunications. Pierre worked for the French MoD and Ministry of Industry, and then spent 6 years as a Venture Capitalist before founding HPC Project. He's a member of several industrial and academic networks.


Claude Bozzo, PhD, Chief Operating Officer

An engineer in naval engineering, Claude has a PhD in computer science. After having occupied several positions in the French, Ministry of Defense, Claude founded in 1985 and animated, as its CEO, the company CETIA, today known as THALES Computers, which was a worldwide leader in real-time computation. He also held various positions at Syseca, C-S (Communication & Systemes), TT&S and TCV.


Emmanuel Chiva, PhD, Vice President Strategy & Business Development

Emmanuel has a post-graduate degree from the Ecole Normale Superieure, in Paris and a Ph.D. in Biocomputing. He spent 10 years as a Vice-President for MASA, a company specialized in training simulations and wargaming, for defense and homeland security. Co-founder and director of MASA Asia Pacific Pte Ltd (in Singapore) and a reserve Lt-Commander in the French Navy, Emmanuel is a member of several industrial associations, and an expert for the European Community in the field of complexity sciences.

Ronan Keryell, PhD, Chief Scientific Officer - see the announcement

Graduate from the École Normale Supérieure, in Paris, with a MSc in Computer Architecture and a PhD in Computer Science from ENS & Paris XI University. He was associate professor in the Computer Science research center of the Paris École des Mines engineering school (ENSMP/CRI) and in the Telecommunication engineering school in Bretagne. Ronan is a specialist in high performance computing, architecture and security and is also consultant in Computer Science.

Roger Marhuenda, MSc, Vice president Marketing

Roger has a graduate degree in physics. He's a specialist in corporate strategy, product strategy and sales. He began his career as European product marketing director, then Business development Manager for Hewlett-Packard. He next introduced Apollo network graphical workstations in France. Since 2005, Roger is a consultant high-tech firms which want to better define their strategy, segment their market, organize their sales organizations and grow internationally.

Thierry Porcher, MSc, Chief Technical Officer

Thierry graduated from ENS Cachan. During 15 years, he held several positions in the supercomputing field for Defense laboratories: French MoD then CEA/DAM (military applications directorate of the French Atomic Energy Authority). Until recently, Thierry was in charge of managing the national supercomputing resource center (CINES) of the French universities. He's an expert in supercomputing, parallel computing and artificial intelligence.

Olivier Rozenkranc, VP Product Development (not pictured)

Oliver Rozenkranc has a proven track record of over 7 years of professional consulting experience and 20 years in software and network development.  Olivier started programming at the age of 13.  His professional achievements include multiple version of BusinessObjects, multiple version of DataCaptor from Capsule Technologie,... and more than 20 softwares and books for children from Edusoft (The Learning Company). In 2001, He becomes the founder of Business Process Partner, his consulting company in charge of introducing quality & agile methodology in software publishers and providing expertise and audit for Venture Capital and Oseo.

Patrick Saliou, M.E., VP Sales (not pictured)

Patrick is an experienced sales manager who started his career as a manager for Cisigraph and Computer Vision. He then became Sales Manager for SDRC before joining SAS as Account Manager. He stayed 8 years before becoming Southern Europe Account Manager for Platform Computing, with the mission to develop grid computing business for financial organizations. Patrick has an engineering degree in Mechanics and Physics.
